| Abstract |
The notion of differential forms was introduced by Elie Cartan (1869-1951). Basically, these are the objects that can be integrated over manifolds. So they are very useful in topology, geometry and physics. In this talk, I will explain what are differential forms, and how to integrate them over manifolds. Time permitting, I will discuss Stoke’s theorem using an example.
